Osborne. The blade is made of carbon steel & has a special shaped half-round blade which measures 4-1/2" from point to point & 2-3/8 from center of cutting edge to brass ferrule. It is an excellent tool for leatherwork & special leather projects. The oval handle is made of rosewood with a brass ferrule. Made in the USA.
