  This Mini-Chip Carving Knife has an ultra-thin blade, making unwanted chipping in delicate cuts less likely. The smaller handle is faceted with multiple control points to allow them to be held in a variety of comfortable positions. Made of High Carbon Spring Steel, Tempered to HRC 59-61. The cutting edge is hand honed & polished.  5/8" (16 mm) bevel blade length.   Made in the USA.
