This latch is well made with a durable pivot turn, unlike many basic casement latches out on the market today. Works great for locking & tightening window frames, & even small doors. This lock model is considered the regular size, with the latch turn base measuring 1-9/16" high x 7/8" wide. Includes three different strikes for multiple applications; a mortise strike, rim strike, & surface strike. This traditional casement lock is designed in the late 19th century / early 20th century style of hardware, but will fit in with any time period up to the current modern styles. Beautify & strengthen your windows with this handsome & classic piece of hardware. Available in non-lacquered brass (the un-lacquered brass will patina over time), dark antique brass, lacquered brass, oil rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, & polished nickel finishes.
